Who we are

Express Dubai Visa Ltd is a UK-registered company (Company No. 15107121). Our registered office is 34 Sneyd Lane, Walsall, WS3 2LP. We provide Dubai tourist visa facilitation services to UK residents. We are not affiliated with the UAE government, UAE immigration, or any embassy or consulate.

What we do

We prepare and submit Dubai tourist visa applications to UAE immigration on your behalf. Our fee covers this facilitation service only. We do not issue visas. Every approval, rejection, and processing decision is made solely by UAE immigration authorities. Those decisions are entirely outside our control.

Before you apply

You need a confirmed return flight ticket and hotel booking before submitting your application. These are mandatory requirements set by UAE immigration, not by us. We cannot submit your application without them.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your planned date of entry into Dubai.

Pakistani passport holders under the age of 45 cannot apply as individual applicants. They must apply under a family category such as husband, wife or children. If you are under 45 and apply individually, UAE immigration will reject the application. We are not responsible for rejections caused by failure to meet this requirement.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for making sure all the information and documents you provide are accurate, complete and genuine. We are not liable for rejection or delay caused by incorrect information, missing documents, nationality-based eligibility restrictions, or changes in UAE immigration policy.

Fees and payment

Our service fee is displayed clearly before you pay. All prices are in GBP. Payment is taken at the time of application. By completing payment you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your order within 1 working day of receiving your submission confirmation email, as long as your application has not yet been submitted to UAE immigration.

Our service fee is non-refundable once your application has been submitted, including if your visa is rejected. Rejection decisions are made by UAE immigration and are outside our control.

If we are unable to submit your application for any reason on our side, you will receive a full refund.

If you ask us to withdraw a submitted application, a withdrawal fee of £100 applies. We cannot guarantee withdrawal is possible once an application has been submitted.

If you ask us to cancel an already approved visa, UAE immigration charges their own cancellation fee and we charge a £50 administration fee for processing the request on your behalf.

Processing times

All processing times on our website are estimates. Actual processing depends on UAE immigration workload and whether your documents are complete. We are not liable for delays caused by UAE immigration.

Our liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for flight costs, hotel costs, travel insurance, or any other losses arising from visa rejection, delay, or cancellation.
