First, your UK visa must be valid for more than 6 months from the day you travel. With UK eVisa now replacing physical BRP cards, you will need to show your share code at Dubai airport to prove this.
Second, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
Third, your surname must be written on your passport. If there is no surname, you cannot get visa on arrival.
Fourth, the parents name page of your passport must not carry the remark Immigration Checking Required. If that remark is there, you will be denied entry on arrival and will need a pre approved visa.
