What our service covers

Express Dubai Visa Ltd is a visa facilitation service. Our fee covers the preparation and submission of your visa application to UAE immigration. We are not UAE immigration and we have no control over approval, rejection, or processing decisions. Those decisions rest entirely with UAE immigration authorities.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 working day of receiving your submission confirmation email, provided your application has not yet been submitted to UAE immigration. To cancel, email support@expressdubaivisa.co.uk with your order reference.

Once your application has been submitted to UAE immigration, cancellation is no longer possible and our service fee cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances only:

We are unable to submit your application to UAE immigration for any reason on our side. In this case a full refund will be issued automatically.

Your application is cancelled by you within 1 working day of confirmation and before submission to immigration. A full refund will be issued.

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

Your visa application is rejected by UAE immigration. Rejection is solely at the discretion of UAE immigration. Our service fee covers facilitation and submission, not approval.

You fail to travel within your visa validity period. Unused visas are automatically cancelled by UAE immigration and are non-refundable.

Your application is rejected due to a prior or duplicate application submitted through another service provider.

You provide incorrect or incomplete documents or information, resulting in rejection or delay.

You do not meet UAE immigration eligibility requirements, including age restrictions applicable to certain nationalities.

Withdrawal after submission

If you request withdrawal of your application after we have submitted it but before UAE immigration has processed it, a withdrawal processing fee of £100 applies. We cannot guarantee withdrawal is possible once an application has been submitted.

Cancellation of an approved visa

If you request cancellation of an already approved visa, UAE immigration charges a cancellation fee directly. We also charge a £50 administration fee for processing this request on your behalf. These fees are payable before we submit the cancellation request.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed immediately. It may take up to 14 days for the amount to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.

Force majeure

In exceptional circumstances outside our control, including natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or acts of God, where we are genuinely unable to deliver the service, we will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to provide refunds for circumstances caused by changes in UAE immigration policy or UAE government decisions.

Our liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for flight costs, hotel costs, travel insurance, or any other consequential losses arising from visa rejection or delay.
