Cancellation & Timelines:

You can cancel an order within a standard period of 1 working days, provided your application hasn’t been processed or submitted to the immigration department. This period commences upon receipt of an email confirmation from express dubai visa.

Our typical UAE Visa processing time ranges from 24-72 business hours, depending on the immigration department’s working hours and visa category.

Delivery & Shipping Policy:

Express Dubai Visa uses secure digital platforms, such as email and WhatsApp, to deliver services including visas and flight bookings. We advise our clients to carefully review their contact details while filling out application forms. We won’t be responsible for non-delivery of services due to incorrect contact information.

Refund Policy:

Once you’ve made a payment on our site, we immediately start processing your order. Refunds are only possible if your application isn’t processed or forwarded to the immigration department.

Cancellations resulting from uncontrollable factors, like natural disasters, government restrictions, or any other force majeure, may only be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for insurance cancellations after the policy documents have been issued. If you fail to arrive at your scheduled activity’s venue, your booking will be cancelled and no refunds will be given.

Refunds constitute 95% of the booking amount for cancellations made before the tour date, if the booking or part thereof falls under permissible cancellations.

Once the UAE Visa authority approves your application, we can’t process a refund in accordance with our policy. Our liability in the event of visa issuance errors or delays is strictly limited to the cost of a replacement Visa or a refund of all fees paid. We won’t be responsible for consequential losses.

If your application is withdrawn after we’ve processed it, but before it’s accepted or paid for by the immigration department, a standard deduction fee of £100 will apply. Canceling an approved visa incurs a cancellation fee payable to the immigration department and a service fee of £50 charged by us.

Refunds are not available for additional services like RT-PCR, Insurance, which are provided by third-party vendors and prepaid. The refund process in case of a visa rejection due to prior or alternative application from another service provider is also not available.

Refunds are also not available for failure to travel within visa validity period, as this results in automatic visa cancellation by UAE immigration.

In cases where Express Dubai Visa is unable to provide the service as per the contract, refunds will be issued. Upon order cancellation, refunds are usually processed instantly. However, it could take up to 2 weeks for the refunded amount to reflect in the account used to place the order.
